my collegue asks if i'm keen to adopt a 1yr-old min female schn! well, subj to Darl & Paris approval of coz.. so we r bringin paris to meet her tis saturday...

it's gonna be a busy saturday.... darl also wans to cut his hair & there's COMEX show at suntec, would like to go c too

maybe i watch too much of nemo... but was thinkin wat if paris can talk, & goes to school wif her other furby frnes, & comes bk every day relating to us daddies, Mr P & me... the daily school happenings & events like

'i was 1st in the mini marathon tdy, Scout couldn't finish and drop half way'

'Ben-Ben pee-ed in class tdy, smelly smelly'

*sign* i thk i yearn for a lil brother or sister at times

Retirement Planning

Strange tat last weekend me & darl start talkin abt our retirement plannin & concerns ovr job security, healthcare needs, etc

guess once u r ovr 30s, these things worry u even thou we r both workin... jobs r so insecure these days whn u r at the private sector... i had an ex-collegue who said at least 1 income earner must preferably be working in the government sector

i hav some savings, HDB flat still has small o/s loans but hav sufficient cpf/cash to clear if i wish

Darl has not much savings... he juz recently cleared his study loans fm sis.. so he's debt-free! his flat is fully paid! lucky him to get the flat aft takin ovr the instalments fm his bro whn property prices r still low

so we can still let out 1 flat in future for rental income while he bunk in wif me or the othr way round

i thk i'm the more 'rational' & 'financial savvy' one here, saving as much as i can... darl can also finally start saving after clearing his study loans... urmm, i hope we can do ok

Still Blues... a triBute to JeRoy

i'm still havin my Blues... sent an email to Jeremy encouragin him to take the initial to salvage tis relationship. His reply was so depressing... goes like 'my life is not worth living, my life is nothing'

his blOg was now closed... i'm entering into a mild depression myself, it's a like some1 following a really long drama serial for like 1 yr, & without much warning, the serial stopped!

& darl is not doing much to alleviate it, keeps saying he expected it from 2 young guys & tat they will break out soon or later... *sign* why must tat be the case?

& pAris is not doin much to help either... her daDDy is in a state of depression & all she wans is PLAY... wahaha

so today entry's dedicated to Jeremy & Roy... jeRoy... hope the couple will rekindle their luv for each other

back to our 7th anni on tues... we didn't hav ribs as planned coz darl left offr late & we wanted to go bk to feed lil pAris... so we bought yam ring & fried rice bk hm. But i made up to him on friday, we had beef ribs & pasta at cafe cartel. The beef ribs looks succulent but was really a lil too oily & fatty
& tis the little rascal, wif her new toy... tis NOT a candid shot... it was aft much threat! coercion! intimidation! before she dropped her toy & POSED temporarily

& yest we went jurong pt.. saw 1 beagle & 1 corgi at pet's station, poor dogs r locked in such small cages, they r gun& herding dogs, very active dogs tat needs lotsa space to run about

Seeing them in such a state, i get even more depressed! i thk i need to c a shrink!

my Blues

i'm havin withdrawal syndromes, BLUES.. the cute couple Jeremy & Roy is no longer together!

they r havin some problems but last nite while reading his blog, can sense that he still has much feelings for his darl... but tis mornin his blOg was deleted... so sad, these 2 guys r really cute & look so compatible together

i've been followin his blOg for more thn a yr... & nOw no more *waaah*

7th yr Anniversary!

yeaP YeaP... it's our 7th yr anniversary Today!

Darl said he can leave early, so i'll meetin him at his workplace, thn hav our dinner at cafe cartel at Bt Panj plaza... yum yum... RIBS... here we come!

but gotta eat & go bk hm early la... our darl paris girl's waiting for us... quoted fm dunno whr:

Paris Day Out at Bt Panj Plaza

thr was a doggie event goin on yest at Bt panj plaza & for the sake of lil paris, Mr P & myself faithfully brought her down to hav a look... Ms Ru also came along wif her mum, sis & Ben Ben at abt 1pm, both of us were like commentin... wow... Ms Ru's mother looks so young tat she's like sisters to her 2 daughters.... or it could mean her 2 daughters look old la... wahaha

tat's tis best dressed competition at 11am, too bad ben-ben wasn't thr yet.. coz he looks so cute wif a denim tee & jumper tat he could hav won for sure...

not as many dogs as we expected, saw a beagle... & Mr P's fav wire-fox terrier..all of 14 yrs old
thn a big rough collie... & a smaller cute sheltie.. wif a cute owner too *drools*

I'm a lil mad at Mr P for not registering for the look-a-like competition... bet they will win somethin... dun u think they look alike? i would be so proud if paris won a medal or somethin...*sign*
As for today, saw an ad sellin white mini schn & was suposed to view the pup near chinatown area... but whn we rch thr & called tat fellow... no1 picked up the hse number! should hav gotta her mobile no... arrgh! Mr P was a lil mad...so m i! wasted trip!

i'm been a avid fan of tis guy's blOg 4 abt 1 yr now... to Mr P's 'aghast' of coz... but i find him & his Bf a really cute couple... they' ve been together 14 mths nOw.. & they now run into some prOb... all relationships do i believe... & i really hope they can ride tis out & stay together

they r juz so compatible in looks... & both r young...1's studyin in melbourne, the other's working at sg... guess long distance relationhip is taking it's toll on them

Job Hop, Hop Job

wat's the avg time a worker can stay wif a company? my company juz had 2 resignations & 1 internal transfer in less than 2 mths. 1 of my collegue left in june & we had not had a replacement til late jul... it's bad for morale & the workload has to be shared amongst the rest

& whn the new staff comes aboard, me being the senior 1, as to train her from start, guess it has become part of my job scope... trainer/mentor/senior

thn my boss told us yest tat another of our collegue has tendered... coincidentally both sat left & right to me... the other staff joked tat they must not hav liked me much... i can handle such meaningless jokes... i rebutted tat they left coz i sexually harrassed them... wahaha.. no1 will believe la, i thk they know i'm gay!

maybe it's for their good tat they left.. get a better paying job... well, tat kinda makes me more valuable to my organisation... the senior 1 adds stability to the team, my manager so says, & i wholeheartedly agree, haha

yest brought paris to c the vet again. The dark crust surroundin her eyes r due to mites again. so diagnosed the vet... Presribed medicine (3 type of pills & 1 liquid form) as well as eye cream.. Hope she recovers soon & grow prettier & healthier

Dark Eye rings?

lil paris has tis strange dark eye rings surroundin both eyes... really strange, dunno if it's mange? she had tis mites attack 2 mths ago on the forehead but has since recovered

was walkin her tis mornin wif Mr P & saw a girl wif 2 dogs...a maltese & a dark brown coloured long-coat chihuahua, the coat is so nice & the girl's pretty observant, she noticed paris' dry brittle coat & suggested we feed her some supplements... abady hygliceron oil

i checked Bakersinn & it's sellin for $33.50 for a 440gm bottle

since i started raw, noticed her increased energy level but dunno y the coat remains dry & dull, maybe will go get the supplement or increased her fish intake

thr's tis national day walk for dogs at west coast pk tdy, Mr P not keen thou, understandably la, askin him to walk or jog is like 'yao ta de min'... the last time we went joggin downstairs, he gave up after 5 rounds (5*0.3km=$1.5km) while i continued to finish 10 rounds..

at he's 1 sucker for junk food...chili tapioca, rojak, chips, ice-cream... at tis rate, his waistline sure to hit 30" & weight exceeds 65kg, wahaha, luv making fun of him & his 'michelin' figure
