Channel News Asia has tis interesting programme... mondays 6:30pm & repeat telecast Thurs 11:30pm... Every dog has its day! evry episode has its own theme... eg specially trained dogs that help the blind or partially handicap... show dogs & the extent their owners go thru' to groom & train their pooches

thr's 1 episode tat really touches me...it focuses on our very own Singapore specials, the mongrels or strays at the streets

the plight of these animals really make me wan to hug my 2 precious closely to me... i can't help thinking should anythin happen to me, wat's gonna happen to them? Must make Darl promise to take good good care of them... & never let them wander at the streets. They will not be able to feed for themselves & they will get bullied by other strays or ppl who dislike dogs. Vienna is so small she can't even fight off a cat...

I go all teary whnever i thk of all these...

so i guess they will hav to go rainbow bridge before we do...no doubt we will be sad & heartbroken but take solace in knowin they had an enriching lives during their stay with us... y m i thinkin of such stuff... crazy me!

i'm not the selfish & individualistic me tat i make out myself to be... i can't afford to be whn i hav 2 precious tat demands so much of my time... & i do treat my collegues well. Those whom i dislike prob deserve it anyway as i seldom dislike ppl

Dog fights!

Little vienna at 4 mths old, growing bigger & bolder by the day, always challenging Paris to a fight
& the incumbent princess paris, will never give way...dog fight results! *sign* & i tot intially they r good sisters!
watched a touching movie trailer about the birth & growth of a doggie at a japanese family. Japanese families treat their dogs very well!

Stray cat!

was walkin the dogs with Mr P tis mornin... & saw tis very fierce stray cat... tail all perked up, body arched

sensing danger, i picked up Vienna, Mr P picked up paris..about to make our retreat, i even waived the frisbee intending to fend off any potential attack

the cat's not givin up, thinkin i'm soliciting a fight, it stood its ground & start makin tis 'sizzling' sound. Out of a sudden, it sprang forward both paws scratchin.. it's kinda unexpected & i couldn't bend down to wave it off wif my frisbee juz in case it jumps up & hurt vienna

end result, it scratched both my legs... blood oozing...it backed off finally

she's lucky to hav picked me, if it was Mr P instead, for sure he would kick her ass off...of coz i dun hav to the heart to do tat to stray cats

gotta be careful next time whn i'm walkin both dogs alone

we hav guests tdy! supposedly doggie gathering... 4 dogs + 4 of my collegues... my boss came as well wif her daughter

i only took 1 pic.. L-R, Glenda holding onto paris, veron with her dog sasha, wendy with vienna. It is not easy takin pics for dogs, so difficult to get them to look at the camera, & 3 dogs! my boss left early wif another girl & Kopi, a west highland white terrier

the remainin 4 of us latr went to veron's plc. Newly wed & juz moved in, the plc's pretty well-renovated for the price she mentioned

Darl was at the hse all tis while.. Tis the 1st time tis bunch of collegues r seeing him & i wonder wat will they talk abt behind me? tat i hav a gorgeous boy friend? haha

Mix of shops's strange. Thr's sincere watch selling frank muller & thr's city chain chain selling seiko. If it's positioning itself as shopping belt mall, thn i'd say it's not succes lo coz it looks like a neighbourhood mall... but thr's zara & gap, now thr's quite somethin. Thr's even a tangs inside? wat r Tangs thking of? i'd give them 2 yrs b4 they shut the outlet

it's a little rojak... somewat like suntec city. And we didn't buy anythin at all :-(

the Amazing Race

Axn is finally showing Amazing Race Asia... watched the 1st episode & wif such high expectations, it kinda falls short

1st.. the contestants... not very glamourous ppl. I understand the need for a good mix but urmm, they r not the type i like to watch on tv

next the race itself, starts off in KL, pit stop at KL? whn will they get a chance to fly? & the detour & road block r really kinda borin.. prob becoz it's in m'sia.. they went to Berjaya times sq.. Darl & myself were thr! & their suite's really value for $! we wun get much of a chance to holiday together for sometime unless we can find reliable frens who can babysit Paris & Vienna

Darl's pretty much agt Allan Wu being the host, preferrin Jimmy T. I'm not sure abt tat. I like Allan Wu, thou i thk he got the role more coz of his participation in Fear Factor several seasons ago

still, i prefer the original CBS version.. & the latest season 10 has tis team of really cute models, James & tylor.. hope i'm not infringin any copyrights by posting 1 of their pic belowi still rmbr some yrs bk whn thr was a gay couple, Chip & Recken? They split aft winning the race & US$1.0 mil. Sometimes the intensity & tension of a competition will stress ppl up... of coz 'Recken'? is now wif Lance, one of the former N' Sync member. I wonder if Darl & myself will start screamin at each othr should we get the chance to enter some competition... we r definately of 2 different personalities.. sometimes we dun even agree on minor issues

& sometimes distance will hav tis adverse effect on relationships too... tat's refering to Jer & Roy.. & i tot absence makes the heart fonder? hope they rekindle their luv whn Jer's bk in sg.. i mean, whn u c each othr face to face aft separation for 6 mths, how could one still remain so heartless? anyway, none of my biz but i enjoy reading his entries much more whn he's in love thn now.. gloomy!

othr than reality shows... channel U's showing project superstar2! hope they produce any Junyang! i juz like his 'boi'boi' looks.. & i spent quite a little $ the last time voting for him.. but of coz weilian got all the sympathy votes & won

& i dun like the way judges ridicule & criticise the particpants. It all started wif Simon Cowell in American Idol.. The more critical the comments, i guess the more entertaining it is for the tv audience.. wat happened to words of encouragement, words of praise? i dun like the way tis trend is going.. now same goes for Dance, Project Runway, top model, da..da...da

y do ppl think i need more ties? last wk i received total of 4 ties fm my collegues for my b'day!

& 3 of them r GOldlion! argh! did they go shoppin together & thr's special offer... 3 for $10 or somethin?

only my bestest collegue, my favorite Coach girl.. got me a HUgo Boss! she's quite discreet abt it & put it in a G2000 carrier bag.. & whn i open it... mine! hugo Boss!

i'm not really into branded stuff but branded ties r nice... i only hav 5... darl got me a moschino & marc jacobs... i got 2 DKNy during sales... another ferre is a b'day present some time bk...rest r cheaper ones

but the design...urm.. it's stripes.. rather 'conservative' stripes'... meaning dull, but i like it all the same... one's taste do change

come xmas i'll get her somethin nice in return... prob a nice watch.. she's always wearing the dkNy watch i gave her 2 yrs bk... but she's not carrying the Coach clutch bag i got her... why huh? i trust my taste... it's purple velvet material & very elegant yet contemporary looking..

urmm.. watch it is... will tell Mr P tat all my collegues all chippin in *hehe* anyway, it's only tis girl tat i will spend a lil more on b'days & xmas... she's really nice.. & my heart jumps a lil whn i talk to her... Alas.. i'm gay & she's married *haha*

2 nov.. another hour's time & our little paris would be 1 yr old! tat's 18 yr old in doggie world... no more puppy already... but she's still as playful as ever & always so happy to c Mr P..
