Of Kong, Higher Interest Rates & a Weird Dreamz

Last Sunday went wif Mr. P to watch King Kong at Eng Wah Westmall... we r regular patrons thr... & it's FULL HOUSE sia, very unusual... not so many ppl even for Harry Porter!

kinda strange storyline... 3-WAY relationship btw the lead actress, Brody & BEAST... & SINGAPORE was mentioned like 3 or 4 x in the movie... wat was Sg like at tat time? fishing village? Seaport?

Sinply cannot accept the fight scenes wif T-rex...well... has not been proven tat t-rex hunt in pack in the 1st place... they r like so HUGE, can bring down almost all prey... unless they r hunting Brontosauraus,

my 'DIVINE' image of T-rex was already shaken by Spinosaurus in Jurassic Pk III.... & now tis... KONG up against 3 T-rex & WON? sad sad sad

Tdy wanted to go cpf submit docs for partial redemption of my housing loan...

i signed for tis bank loan 2-1/2 yr back, 1st yr interest was fixed at 1.9%, 2nd yr was fixed 2.4%, 3rd yr onwards supposedly board rate at 2.55% but DBS Bank has raised the rates 2x in 6 mths time... 1st time to 2.8% & lately to 3.1%...

hope they dun raise it any higher than 3.5% else i'd be better off sticking wif HDB.... but thn HDB may raise the rates too if interest rates start going NORTH!

so i thk better go redeem my loan as my CPF balance only earns only 2.5%.. but instead i nap in the aftn & had a weird dreamz...

Dreamt tat my dad's still ard & both he & my mum r arranging for my marriage! I was like totally unwilling....finally found some excuse & walk out on them...

dad passed away 2-1/2 yrs ago & last few times i dreamt of him, i woke up tearing.... i would give up anything juz to hear his voice again or juz to hav him by my side...we were rather close

but tis time... i resisted him & mum... how could they force me to marry... in my dreamz state... i was already thinkin of dear... as they pressure me more & more... i so wanted to walk away & find my sanctuary... run to my safe haven... & look for dear

& i did juz tat in the dream, i walked out on them to find my luv.... dear's image was hazy in the dream but i know he's wat i wanted... & i'm glad i found him

6 yr's a long time... our relationship has its ups & down.... ppl tend to rmbr the quarrels & fights more thn the happy times... i'll remind myself, as should he... to rmbr the happy times instead of the fights... we still hav many yrs ahead of us..

PS. Will not be puttin up Mr P's pix... unless he gives GREEN LIGHT... so for the time being, he's a faceless 'cutie'.... my cutie!
