MC! MC! MC!

my workplace had toooo many girls... & they take juz too may MCs... thr wouldn't go 1 day wif full strength... some1 will always be takin urgent leave, MCs... or watever nots...

& it's not me....

juz tdy 2 of them called fm hm & was on MC

worked thr for like 3-1/2 yrs & i was never on MC... never take urgent leave by calling fm home... never even late... yeaP! tat's me!

but these newer collegues... my juniors...r like being ard for abt 1/2 yr... but must take the full entitlement of 14 days MC... dun our HR pro-rate dependin on whn they join?

& my boss... being quite new.. & soft hearted... didn't comment whn they r late... work start 8:30am & they can rch 20 mins later 8:50am...

& me being... the senior & Mr nice guy.... didn't wan to comment also lar...
